STORE POLICIES
You as the "Artist" must abide by these policies in order
to sell your work on the StarvedArtists.com site. If you do not follow
these rules your store will have to be removed from our system.
PHOTOGRAPHS
The techniques
you use to reproduce your prints and digital files must be of exceptional
quality. StarvedArtists.com reserves the right to remove any photograph
if we feel it is inappropriate for our customers. Photo credit refunds
will be awarded if we have to remove photographs.
STORE HOURS
The Starved Artists Website is available 24 hours a day for orders.
PROCESSING TIMES
1. Artist must confirm order on the Member Center within 2 business days.
2. Artist must ship the item within 2 weeks of confirmation.
3. Artist must enter shipping/tracking information in Member Center.
ARTIST SALES CANCELATION
We will be forced to close artists stores who:
1. Do not confirm or decline orders
2. Decline 3 or more sales a year
ARTIST PAYMENTS
Artist will be sent payment for sales on the 1st and 15th of each
month. Payments will be held until the customer transaction is closed,
meaning
the return period has ended and payments have been issued. The Starved
Artists Processing fee will be automatically deducted from the sale.
Current processing fees are 10% for the Premium Membership and 30% for
the Basic Membership. If your membership processing fee is different
from these it will be noted on your member centers home page under "Membership".
DISPUTES
Disputes between the Artist and Customer will be resolved by the Starved
Artists Customer service department. Resolutions may include, return
of an item, cancellation of orders, or issuing replacements. The
Artist will be required to follow the steps necessary to ensure proper
customer
service.
StarvedArtists.com will not be responsible for any losses that the
Artist may incur from the sales of their photographs.
CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to cancel your membership if you do not follow the terms
specified in the Store Policy agreement and Site Usage Agreement. You will be
refunded any monthly subscription fees and unused photo credits. Basic membership
store setup fees are non-refundable after the 30-day cancellation terms.
SHIPPING/PROCESSING FEES
Artist will be responsible for paying any shipping, processing, materials and
dispute resolution (return shipping, refunds, etc) fees. StarvedArtists.com is
not
responsible
for
these
fees.
PHOTO CREDITS
Initial Store Photo Credits:
Basic Membership: 10 photo credits
6 Month Premium Membership/Renewals: unlimited photo credits
12 Month Premium Membership/Renewals: unlimited photo credits
Additional photo credits may be purchased in your member
center. One photo credit allows you to add one photo to your store.
Once a photo has been added the photo credit is not refundable.
